The Abodu Two includes all the features of an Abodu One, plus an extra bedroom, office, or gym– with a footprint of just 610 square feet. Inspired by Scandinavian design, Abodu’s ADUs are beautifully engineered to maximize the living potential of every yard. Created in partnership with award-winning architects like Jonathon Little of Koto Design, Abodu balances thoughtful design with purposefully curated space that is delightful to live in. Each Abodu is prefabricated and arrives fully finished, with interior plumbing and electricity completed in-factory. Abodu currently offers three standardized, but customizable ADUs including a studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layout. Each Abodu includes: ● A bedroom with a built-in wardrobe; ● Cathedral ceilings; ● A full bathroom with a large shower, built-in vanity and recessed medicine cabinet; ● A fully appointed kitchen that includes a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, stovetop, oven, vented hood, dishwasher, and kitchen sink; ● A living room with a window bench. Each Abodu comes standard with air conditioning, heating, and water heating.
