We’re on a mission to simplify construction projects for the average homeowner to the experienced property developer. Our goal is to make it easy to place a prefab ADU in any backyard in the country or build custom, yet affordable modular buildings.

We’ve witnessed the Bay Area economy flourish over the last decade. Homes are constantly under renovation to add more living space and brand new 5+ story retail-condominiums have sprung up throughout dense urban areas like Oakland’s Downtown & Uptown.

But witnessing the process of adding space and creating new housing is time consuming, tedious, and often frustrating. Our background in real estate and construction has exposed us to many delayed jobs, significant cost overages, and abandoned sites.

Our mission at Bay Modular is to make the process of homebuilding and property development simpler and more affordable. By introducing increased manufacturing and modular designs to our process, we can create custom prefab models that are built faster and more efficiently.
