Double pane windows and doors, vaulted ceilings with separate rooms built in for sleeping and washroom functions. This model offers a generous main floor footprint measuring 15′ x 23′. Plus you get a bonus 15’ x 8’ sleeping loft! This spectacular structure is sure to take your bunkie dreams to the next level! The Edwin Lake House can be assembled in as little as 3 days with 4 people ! its affordable and comes with everything you need other then shingles and a foundation. You will need a permit for this model but we have drawings for you ready to go to get your dream bunkie on track and finished in no time! We have inventory and layaway available on this model! This kit comes as a DIY project that you can assemble yourself or choose our “assembly in a day” package and we will come to your property and do it all for you in one day on your foundation base.
